Canarian Legal Alliance is pleased to inform all our clients that our lawyers have achieved more embargoes on Silverpoint properties on behalf of our clients.
The courts have placed these embargoes to ensure that our clients receive the money which the court has ordered Silverpoint to pay them. It is a fact Silverpoint has been using tactics to avoid paying out to our clients, this has itself resulted in an investigation being launched by the State Prosecutor of Tenerife.
In the latest embargo to be placed by the court, our British Client has had 6 properties placed on embargo in their name. The Court of First Instance declared their contract null and void plus secured for them the purchase price against the properties.
We would like to congratulate our British client and also the legal team at CLA for this great achievement. This should leave Silverpoint in no doubt that CLA will pursue them in the interests of our clients.
