January has seen a great start to the year for Canarian Legal Alliance, based in Arguineguin, Gran Canaria, Spain.
It has seen many more court victories on behalf of our clients, these have been in courts throughout Spain, ranging from the Lower Courts of First Instance to the High Courts and ultimately the Spanish Supreme Court.
Rulings in favour of our clients have been against Anfi Del Mar, Silverpoint, Puerto Calma, Palm Oasis and Diamond International. All contracts have been declared null and void, making the clients timeshare free. The total amount awarded just from these cases is a massive 267,224.25 Euros.
This month has also seen several more rulings in favour of clients from the Supreme Court, the latest against Palm Oasis, this brings the figure to 86!
In another move from the Supreme Court, they have confirmed that they stand firm in their previous judgements against Silverpoint. This affirmation by Spain’s Highest Court clearly shows that the timeshare industry will not get away with their past misdeeds.
